Hints and Tips
Product not working:
• Recharge the product.
• Ensure the product is switched on.
• Ensure your Bluetooth-enabled device’s wireless
function is active.
• Ensure there are no other wireless devices in
discovery mode.
• Move the product closer to the device.
• Pair again the product and the device.
• Increase/decrease the volume level of the
connected device (e.g. mobile phone) if you find the
earphone volume is too low/high.
Reset the Headphones
Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds to
reset the unit.
The indicator will flash in purple and then flash in red
and blue. The reset is done after the indicator is off.
