Bent Knee Twists

MOVEMENT
- Maintaining proper form, extend your arms straight out to your sides, legs together,
bend your knees and draw them up towards your midsection. With control, twist your knees from side-
to-side as far as it is comfortable for you. Remember to keep your upper body steady and maintain a
tight core while your lower body is in motion.

You may use the GoH2O Barbells or Gloves for
stability, or to increase resistance.
