Corrective Maintenance
CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND
PRESERVATION
If the equipment has any abnormality, check if the problem is related to any of the items
listed in the item Unforeseen Events (situation, cause and solution).
If it is not possible to solve the problem, turn off the equipment, and request Gnatus
technical assistance.
Problem: Probable Cause: Solution:
- The camera does not go
on.
- Source disconnected from
module.
- Camera cable disconnected.
- Power button (on/off) of the
module disconnected.
-FREEZE key (A) of the camera
disconnected.
- Connect module source.
- Connect cable.
- Turn on the module.
- Press button (A) to con-
nect the camera.
- The camera goes on, but
there is no image on the
screen.
- Monitor disconnected.
- Poor connection of the cables
(back panel of the module or
monitor).
- Video input not selected.
- Cable USB disconnected.
- Software of the camera ins-
talled wrong.
- Turn on the monitor.
- Reconnect the cable of
the back panel of the mo-
dule or monitor.
- Select the video input.
- Connect cable.
- Install the software cor-
rectly.
Upon coming across any problem in operation, follow the instructions below to
check and repair the problem, and/or get in touch with your representative.
