SYMPTOMS

CASE OF TROUBLES

TROUBLESHOOTING

Bursting Roller is not operated.

1. It could be trouble in Bursting Roller Motor or

1. Please ask to a supplier.

Conveyor Belt is damaged.

2. Fuse is short circuit.

2. Replace it with Fuse (250V/8A) that is packed in the machine.

3. Air Compressor is malfunction.

3. Please ask to a supplier.

Cut on laminated results are

1. If Blade on Perforator is not enough long.

1. Adjust blade height with adjustment bolt.

not good.

Refer to the

"Perforator Adjustment"

2. If Bursting Roller Pressure is lower.

2. Adjust its height with Bursting Roller Height Adjustment Handle.

Refer to the

"Bursting Roller Height Adjustment Handle"

3. If Bursting Time is not sufficient.

4. If film material is not POLYNEX(OPP),
