☞ How to adjust pressure on Feeder
Thickness / Surface Status of substrate requires adjustment on Feeder Stopper Shutter.
Different pressure on shutter could be a cause of twisted paper fed, miss feeding, etc. for error in feeding.
Belows are the way for pressure adjustment.
① Release the Saftety Cover Fixing Bolt and remove the cover.
② Adjust its height with wrentch
NOTE :
After its adjustment is done, start test lamination to
check its pressure is in optimum level.
☞ Feeding Lamp
To let operator know the time to put a substrate on feeder.
When the lamp is ON, put a substrate on the feeder table. Feeder makes distance of substrates automatically.
With the transparent cover, feeding status and shutter height can be checked.
"LAMP ON" :
Feeder is operated. Substrates on Feeder is fed.
"LAMP OFF" :
Feeder is stopped. Substrates are on Feeder Table for feeding.
☞ Paper Table
For convenient lamination job. Substrates can be put on the table.
Pull the table handle to draw the table out.
☞ SPREAD ROLLER
To remove wrinkles on film for quality lamination.
