4. Push in gently on

the bulb, turn it
counterclockwise
and remove it from
the socket.

5. Put in a new bulb and, pushing in gently, turn it

clockwise until it is tight.

6. Put the socket back in the lamp assembly and

reinstall the lens and lens seal.

Windshield Wiper Blade Replacement

Windshield wiper blades should be inspected at least
twice a year for wear and cracking. See “Wiper Blade
Check” in Section 7 of this manual under Part B
“Owner Checks and Services” for more information.

Replacement blades come in different types and are
removed in different ways. For proper type and length,
see “Normal Maintenance Replacement Parts” in the
Index. Here’s how to remove the Shephard’s Hook type.
