The GESBC-9G20i Single Board Computer uses the Atmel AT91SAM9G20 as the core processor

SDRAM
The AT91SAM9G20 features a unified memory address model where all memory devices are
accessed over a common address and data bus. The GESBC-9G20i supports 32MB SDRAM.
FLASH
The GESBC-9G20i is shipped with 128Mbytes of NAND FLASH memory.
RS-232 Port 0, 1, and 2
The GESBC-9G20i Single Board Computer is shipped with two 3-wire RS-232 UART interface,
and one 9 wire RS-232 UART interface.
