1.  Use 

Up

 and 

Down

 button to select the item and 

press 

OK

 to modify it.

2.  You can set the alarm to sound when your speed is 

above or below a specified value.

Set Sport Type for calories calculation

[MAIN MENU] > [EXERCISE STUDIO] > [CALORIES SETTING] > [SPORT TYPE] 

1.  You can select sport type from "Walking", "Hiking", 

"Running", "Biking" or "By Time".

2.  System will calculate the calories consumption 

depending on the specified sport type.
