Stabilizing Trailer Quick Stand

Maintenance
Inspect the following BEFORE EACH USE:
•
Visible damage to the screw, base, loading pin, or screw hubs
•
Free movement of the top surface
•
Inspect the base and area for oil leaks
Inspect the following MONTHLY
•
Screw Threads - All screws should be secured and all nuts should be tightened.
•
Lifting/Lowering mechanism - Mechanism should operate smoothly.
•
Quick Stand Frame - Examine the frame for cracked welds and metal fatigue
•
Wheels, Axels, and, Wheel Bearings- Inspect for losseness, excessive wear, or
damage. Check alighment
•
Handle Grips - Ensure grips are not damaged, loose, or missing.
•
Labels - The stand should be labled at all times. Replace any table that is damaged
or not easily readable.
Periodically inspect and clean labels to maintain legibility. Replace any label that is
damaged or not easily readable.
