REPLACEMENT
OF THE BLADE BELT

Pulley tightener fixing screws ................ 25 ÷ 30 Nm
• Remove left side guard.
Move the tightener (1) by hand just enough to unhook
the spring (2).
Disassemble the belt guide blade (3), fixed by a cot-
ter pin (4) from the left side and by a nut (5) from the
right and remove the blade belt from the engine pul-
ley.
Loosen the screw (6) on the tightener (7) just enough
to free the belt (8) from its pin (9).
Loosen the two lower nuts (10) holding the belt guide
(11) just enough to free the belt (8) from the pulley
(12) and then remove it from the pulley side.
Once mounting is completed, check that the belt (8)
remains within the containment pins (9) and (9a), then:
• Adjust the blade engagement.
• Reassemble the left side guard.
