The ATI SB600 southbridge chipset SMBus Controller is SMBus Rev. 2.0 compliant and
supports SMBALERT # signal / GPIO.

The ATI SB600 southbridge interrupt controller supports the following:
„ IOAPIC/X-IO APIC mode for 24 channels of interrupts
„ 8259 legacy mode for 15 interrupts
„ Programmable level/edge triggering on each channels
„ Serial interrupt on quiet and continuous modes
