On any roadways where the speed limit is in excess of 45 km/h
On any sidewalks or pedestrian walkways
On any bumpy, rough or unpaved surfaces
In darkness without lights on
On sandy or gravel covered surfaces
By any person weighing more than 150 kgs
By any person with an inseam of less than 22"
By those who are under 16 years old
Passenger must fasten the seatbelt
Use ECO mode while having children onboard
Never turn on highspeed
Always keep both hands on the handle bar while riding
Never leave handle bar while riding
