Problem

Roller will not turn.

Tractor PTO not engaged.

Clutch  friction discs worn.

Obstruction between roller and barrier.

Chain broken.

Gearbox damaged.

Broken drive shaft between clutch and chain drive.

Hydraulic cylinder inoperative.

Hose ends not completely engaged.

Tractor hydraulic shut-off in the “closed” position.

Insufficient oil in system.

Air in hydraulic system.

Obstruction in valve or hydraulic lines.

Broken hose.

Worn, damaged, insufficient, or inadequate hydraulic pump.
