Accessories
Press down the button with the accessories symbol (B6) and the lid opens.
There are various nozzles for special use stored in the accessories compartment of the vacuum cleaner. (B7)
You can attach these nozzles to the vacuum tube or directly to the handle of the hose.
Floor nozzle: for vacuuming carpets and smooth surfaces.
Snap the lever forwards for carpets and deep pile fitted carpeting.
Snap the lever backwards for hard floors and hardwearing short pile fitted carpeting.
Turbo nozzle (depending on the configuration) The turbo nozzle is ideal for brushing and vacuuming
deep seated dirt, fluff and pet hair.
The following carpets should not be cleaned with the turbo brush, as there is a danger that threads may
be pulled out: high-quality, handmade carpets, e.g. Berber, Persian and so on, as well as extremely long
shag carpets and broadloom.
Hard floor nozzle (depending on the configuration): The hard floor nozzle cleans hard floors such as
parquet, tiles, laminate and linoleum floors.
Furniture Brush : e.g. for shelves and delicate surfaces.
Upholstery nozzle : e.g. for sofas and chairs.
Joint and crack nozzle: for small gaps like radiators, baseboards, joints and corners.
Filter Systems
Vacuuming with the permanent filter box (B8)
With the permanent filter box, you can vacuum safely and reliably and have to buy fewer replacement
filters. After vacuuming, simply rinse and dry everything thoroughly and then replace them.
Vacuuming with dust bags (B9)
The dust bags can be sealed before removal so that no dust can escape.
Usage
ATTENTION: Never use the appliance without the motor protection filter in place or else the motor
could become damaged, which would not be covered by guarantee.
One of the two filter systems (permanent filter box or dust bag) must always be used completely
when vacuuming.
Pull out the power cord to the necessary length and put the plug into a properly installed and grounded
receptacle (230V~/50Hz grounding receptacle).
