Auto Lube Intervals

FIG. 70: The amount of time between the auto lube
system lubricates and the amount of time the system
lubricates can be adjusted.

To adjust the time remove the sealing plug (1) from the
pump housing by turning counterclockwise. Below the
sealing plug is the on time rotary switch, the off time rotary
switch, and the manual lube switch.

FIG. 71: The on time rotary switch (1) controls the length
of time the auto lube system lubricates components. The
on time rotary switch adjusts the on time in two minute
increments.

The off time rotary switch (2) controls the length of time
between the auto lube system lubricates components.
The off time rotary switch adjusts the off time in one hour
increments.

The manual lube switch (3) when pressed for two
seconds manually lubricates components and resets the
timing sequence of the auto lube system.

IMPORTANT: Do not use the zero position located on the

on time or off time rotary switches.
