Calibration
(to make sure that the displayed tempera-
ture corresponds with the correct room temperature)
Should the actual room temperature and the thermostat’s
displayed setting not correspond, the thermostat may be
calibrated.
NB! Correct calibration depends on room temperature
being regulated by the heater’s thermostat alone. This is
shown by the red lamp lighting and dimming at regular
intervals. If necessary, adjust the thermostat up or down to
make the heater start working.
Now allow the heater to work at the same temperature
setting, preferably for at least 24 hours, keeping doors
and windows closed in the room. This ensures that the
heater’s thermostat alone is regulating the temperature of
the room.
Holding down on , press once on the button briefly.
Release .
°C will flash three times and the setpoint temperature
is displayed. Press the or button until the display
shows the same as the actual measured room temperature.
Save by pressing the button briefly.
The heater will now display the setpoint temperature
again, and after a while this will correspond with the
actual room temperature. It may be necessary to repeat
the calibration procedure to attain full correlation between
desired and actual room temperature.
