Risoluzione dei problemi:
§
Problema: Movimentando il carroponte , ad un
certo punto, il braccio/forca di traino urta la barra
oppure si sfila dalla staffa.
Causa: linea di alimentazione e tracciato guida del
carroponte non sono paralleli.
Soluzione: riallineare la barra fino ad ottenere il
parallelismo tra i due tracciati.
§
Problema: Movimentando il carroponte, ad un
certo punto, il braccio di traino spinge oppure tira
a sè la barra.
Causa: il braccio/forca di traino non scorre libero
entro la staffa di traino.
Soluzione: il braccio/forca di traino deve essere
libero di scorrere entro la staffa quindi rimuoverne
qualsiasi impedimento e assicurarsi non sia stato
legato tramite fascette, fil di ferro ecc ecc… .
§
Problema: Il carrello scorre libero su tutta la linea
ma ad un certo punto della linea si blocca
improvvisamente.
Causa: presenza di cause esterne o interne linea
che impediscono il normale scorrimento del
carrello.
Soluzione: assicurarsi del libero scorrimento del
carrello e che soprattutto la barra successiva al
blocco sia stata montata in posizione corretta e
non al contrario (le barre hanno una sagoma di
inserimento unidirezionale del carrello, fare
riferimento visivo alla linea nera continua che deve
essere sullo stesso lato per tutte le barre).
Troubleshooting:
§
Problem: At a certain point when the gantry

the bracket.
Cause: busbar line and path followed by gantry are
not parallel.
Solution: realign the rail until the two paths are
parallel.

Problem: At a certain point when the gantry
moves, the towing arm pushes the rail away or
pulls it closer.
Cause: the towing arm/fork does not slide freely in
the towing bracket.
Solution: the towing arm/fork must be free to
slide inside the bracket - remove any obstructions
and ensure it is has not been tied with clips, wire,
etc.
§
Problem: The trolley runs freely along the line, but
unexpectedly jams at a certain point of the line.
Cause: something external to or inside the line is
preventing normal running of the trolley.
Solution: ensure the free running of the trolley and
that the rail following the jam has been mounted in
the correct position and is not inverted (the rails
have a unidirectional trolley insertion profile -
visually check the continuous black line, which
must be on the same side for all the rails).
