temperature and on the dimensions of the pieces already cut.
Before cooking frozen vegetables, take out from freezer and let defrost for 10 minutes before
putting them on the food steamer. Some vegetables can be cooked on rice bowl (13) covered with
an aluminium foil.

Seafood cooks quickly, therefore it is recommended to cook it in small portions.
Oysters and mussels have different cooking times: check periodically cooking process and adjust

CLEANING
ATTENTION
:
Unplug the food steamer and let it cool down completely before
cleaning.
Empty cooking liquid collector (4) and water container too. Bowls, liquid collector, trays and lid may
be washed with warm soapy water and also in the dishwasher. Clean the power unit with a soft
damp cloth only.
Do not immerse the food steamer in water or other liquid.
Do not spray any
cleaning solution directly on the power unit. Do not use any abrasive, harsh cleaning solutions or
metallic sponge to clean the motor body.
