5. PUMP

ONLY QUALIFIED MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL
ARE TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING REPAIRS.

DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE RTP PUMP.

SOLUTION PUMP REPLACEMENT
1.

Turn off all switches and unplug machine.

2.

Drain tanks and remove all chemicals and
accessories.

3.

Unlatch two front latches and hinge tanks back.

4.

Remove the solution hoses from the fittings on
the pump.

5.

Remove the clamp that fastens the pump to the
motor.

6.

Reverse process to install.
