TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Don’t work
• The power cord plug is not inserted or poor
contact.
• The power switch behind the fuselage is not
opened.
• The table is not smooth, the Tip-over switch
is disconnected.
• The power button on the control panel is not
pressed.
• Plug in the power cord and make it in good
contact.
• Press the Main power On/ Off Button
behind the fuselage to the “I” (on) position.
• Put the product in a flat position.
• After switching on the power, press the
power button to start working.
Don’t mist
• There is not water in the water tank.
• The water tank is not install in position of
the appliance properly.
• Pull out the water tank, open the water tank
cover, add water.
• Install the water tank and push in position
properly.
Don’t heat
• The air outlet is blocked.
• Thermostat trips.
• Check the air outlet to make sure it is not
blocked.
• Other abnormalities (such as blocking)
cause the thermostat to overheat and trip,
and the heating will be automatically turned
on after the temperature drops.
