the other sequencer if you answer ‘yes’.
Analog channels will be Eased-In whenever:
1) Any show is started on a sequencer that already has a show
running on it. Because the sequencer is in the midst of a
show, the analog values probably aren’t at the default posi-
tions for the sequencer.
2) A show is started on a sequencer which had the last show
stopped before it reached its end. Since the sequencer was
stopped before it reached the end of a show, the analog
values probably aren’t at the default positions for the se-
quencer.
3) An E-Stop is triggered for a sequencer. This causes the
analog values to jump to the first frame of the
PowerOn/E-
Stop show(s)
.
4) When DMX-512 is first received and it is transitioning from
the data stored in the onboard SmartMedia Flash Card.
5) When DMX-512 reception is lost and the BR-SmartMedia is
transitioning back to data stored on the onboard
SmartMedia Flash Card.
6) (Smart Brick modes only) When Smart Brick net data is first
acquired.
7) (Smart Brick modes only) When the frame being accessed
by the Smart Brick net jumps backwards by one or more
frames or forward by more than five frames.
While any sequencer is performing an Ease-In, the ‘Show run-
ning’ LED on the front of the BR-SmartMedia will flash.
h) Operating Mode:
This command is used to toggle through all the
modes that are available to you on the BR-SmartMedia. The
MultiShow mode is the only one that will allow more than one se-
quencer to be played at the same time. The other modes allow
the secondary serial port and ‘Dumb’ or ‘Smart’ Brick modes to be
used.
If you are just using the BR-SmartMedia for sending serial
strings or DMX-512 data, just leave the card in Intelix mode and
don’t set up any of the Intelix-Specific commands. Most of the
other serial modes could be used, but they force the secondary
serial port to a fixed baud rate that may not the one you need.
Intelix mode allows the baud rate to be set anywhere between
