To troubleshoot printer-related problems, proceed as follows:

Verify if the printer USB cable is connected to the rear of the FlexPay EMV CRIND unit.

Verify if the correct printer port is selected in the System Config Menu (“COM3” if two-wire
POS interface is used at the site and “USB” if TCP/IP POS interface is used at the site).
