Appendix: Rewiring Transformer for Smaller Sites

Apply power by turning on the associated circuit breaker.

Take voltage readings between the TP1 (+12UN) and TP3 (GND) pins on each of the boards
(for wiring connections, see

Figure 3

page 13

Verify that the voltage readings are between 11 and 12 VDC.

Do NOT operate the D-Box without a cover or with ventilation holes drilled in the cover.

If any holes have been drilled in the cover or fans installed, or if the cover was removed
and discarded, you must replace the cover. Do not reinstall any fans.

WARNING

Reinstall the D-Box cover.

Verify that there is proper communication between the dispensers/pumps and console.
