Setting up and connecting the device

The phone is designed for use in dry rooms in a temperature range of ±0°C to +45°C.

Set up the phone at a central point where a connection to the local network is available.

Optional:

Power adapter for connecting the phone to the
mains power supply (if required)
with three different plug-in modules
(Europe, Great Britain, USA)

The device is powered by PoE (Power over Ether-
net) if it is connected to a switch with PoE-func-
tionality (

Whenever there are new or improved functions for your Gigaset, firmware updates are made
available for you to download to your phone (
