Possible solution
•
Every computer should have a unique IP address. Check this with the tool
IPCONFIG. See point 6. how you check and update the configuration.
•
Normally
Obtain an IP address automatically

With the
PING
function you can control which devices/computers that are
connected to the network.

The command
PING
is used at the command prompt. Type in the IP
number you want to check the connection to and then press ENTER.

Reply from… indicates that the connection works:
• Request timed out
shows that the connection does not work.
•
Check that the control lamp LAN is lit, if not; Try switching network cable.
•
Check every computer’s network settings in the Windows control panel.
