BLOCK TIRES AND USE SAFETY GLASSES AND GLOVES.

LAY OUT THE EXHAUST AND COMPARE PART NUMBERS WITH THE DRAWING
TO REMOVE STOCK
EXHAUST, CUT 13” FROM
THE FRONT OF THE
MUFFLER.
MEASURE
TOWARDS THE FRONT OF THE
VEHICLE. LEAVE ALL RUBBER
GROMMETS ON THE HANGER.
USE WD-40 TO AID IN THE
REMOVAL OF EXHAUST AND
HANGERS. SUPPORT THE
CATALYTIC CONVERTER
BEFORE CUTTING.

HEADPIPE #A ONTO STOCK
HEADPIPE. INSERT WELDED
HANGER INTO RUBBER
GROMMET. NEXT, INSTALL
DRIVERS SIDE HEADPIPE #B
ONTO STOCK HEADPIPE, USE
CLAMP #H TO SECURE BOTH
HEADPIPES, DO NOT TIGHTEN.
SLIDE MUFFLER #C ONTO
HEADPIPES 1-1/2” TO 2”.
USE A JACK STAND TO
SUPPORT MUFFLER.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A MINIMUM OF A 1” CLEARANCE AWAY FROM ALL RUBBER BRAKE
LINES, TIRES, SHOCKS, FUEL LINES, ETC.
NEXT, INSTALL
OVERAXLE TAILPIPE
# D INTO MUFFLER
1-1/2”- 2”. USE CLAMP
# I TO SECURE PIPE
TO MUFFLER, DO
NOT TIGHTEN.
INSERT HANGER
INTO RUBBER
GROMMET.
SLIDE EXIT PIPE # E
ONTO OVERAXLE
TAILPIPE INSERT
WELDED HANGER
INTO RUBBER
GROMMET. USE
CLAMP # I TO
SECURE PIPES
TOGETHER. DO
NOT TIGHTEN.
ROTATE PIPE
UNTIL LEVEL.
INSTALL YOUR
STAINLESS TIP TO
YOUR DESIRED
LOOK, THEN GO
BACK AND
TIGHTEN ALL
CLAMPS, NUTS,
AND BOLTS.
