Fan off temperature limit

FAN will stop work If temperature is lower than the Fan off
temperature limit value.

Fan start temperature limit

If the temperature is higher than fan off temperature limit, FAN
will start work.

Fan start PWM

If the temperature is higher than the FAN start PWM value, the
FAN will start work.
