2.2 INSTALLATION
The floor must be level and capable of supporting the weight of the machine.
The machine must be put by level with regard to the ground
- Connect the compressed air to the main air supply, which must be equipped with a shut off
valve.
- Connect the electricity to the differential circuit breaker corresponding to the machine,
previously installed.
- Check that the voltage of the machine and the factory are compatible.
- Check the pressure for the compressed air.(6 bars recommended)
- Remove the links which maintain the flaps of the stacker.
2.3 CONNECTING TO THE ELECTRIC AND AIR SUPPLIES.
Connecting to the air supply:
The machine is equipped with a central compressed air system with a manometer, a reduc-
tion valve and an air filter.
The machine is equipped with an air treatment assembly:
Filter / Regulator / Lubricator (See chapter 5 Maintenance procedures).
The client is responsible to bring the air supply up to the shut off valve.
Additionally, this air must be dry and free of dust.
To supply the machine, it is necessary to use a hose with a minimum diameter of 1 5 / 2 1
(1/2 pouce).
The air supply must have a constant pressure of 6 bars minimum, in order to obtain, a
decent regulation and to avoid malfunctioning due to drops in pressure.
In the case where the air supply is below the suply point for the machine, foresee the
appropriate connectors.
NOTE : Not respecting these conditions will lead to the poor functioning of the
material.
