SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
•
Report any machine malfunctioning or faults to your supervisors.
•
When mixing chemical products carefully follow the instructions indicated
on the containers.
•
After use or before carrying out maintenance operations, make sure that
the floor is level; in addition, remove the ignition keys after having
switched off the machine.
When carrying out maintenance operations:
•
Wear protective gloves and glasses before handling disconnecting wires
•
Wear eye protection glasses when using compressed air or pressurized
water,
•
Never wash the scrubber-dryer with a high-pressure water jet since this
could damage the electrical and electronic components,
•
Never wear loose-fitting cloths when working with the machine.
WARNING
:
before transporting the machine with a vehicle :
•
Empty the water tanks first
•
Turn off the machine and remove the ignition keys.
•
Lock the wheels, lower the scrubbing head and/or carefully fasten it to the
vehicle.
WARNING
in order to maintain the machine in good operating conditions
and extend its life cycle, use only original spare parts.
WARNING
: before carrying out any kind of operation, the machine
ignition key must be removed from its lock.

RECOMMENDATIONS AND CHECK-UP TESTS FOR THE
COMISSIONING OF THE MACHINE
BRUSH :
For best washing and cleaning results, use a brush that is
suitable for the specific application on hand :
A. In standard conditions it is advisable to use the brush delivered with the
machine as a standard accessory (
P.P.L. Ø 0,5 mm
);
B. In the event of heavy-duty dirt, it is advisable to use a more aggressive
brush (
P.P.L. Ø 0,7 mm
) which nonetheless clean without scratching
C. For industrial floors with rubber deposits left e.g. by lifting trolleys,
TYNEX
brushes can be used.
D. To clean and polish floors, removing scratches and making the floor
look brighter at the same time, you can use a padholders which,
equipped with the appropriate pad, can meet any requirement.
WARNING
: for the use of the brushes mentioned in points B-C-D it is
advisable to refer to the dealer from whom you purchased the machine.
