1.2 Warranty
The warranty shall be honoured under our General Terms of Sale and Delivery only if:
• the device is installed by a qualified professional,
• the device is used as instructed in this operating manual,
•
the device is properly deployed,
• repairs are carried out exclusively by authorised and qualified personnel,
• no unauthorised modifications are made to the device.
1.3 Duty of Care of the Operator
The JRG Coral force limescale conditioning system has been designed and built under careful
observance of harmonised standards and other technical specifications.
The system is thus state of the art and allows maximum safety during all operating conditions.
The safety of the system can, however, only be assured in practice if all necessary measures are
taken. It is the operator's duty of care to plan these measures and to monitor their
implementation.
In particular, the operator must ensure that
•
the system is used only for its intended purpose ( see section K2.1 Intended Use ',
page 10 ).
• the system is operated only in a defect-free, fully functional condition, and in
particular that the safety systems are checked regularly for correct functioning.
•
the required personal protective equipment is provided to, and worn by, the
operating, maintenance and repair personnel.
•
the operating manual is always available at the installation site of the device or
system, complete and in legible condition.
•
only qualified and authorised personnel operate, maintain and repair the system.
•
this staff receives regular training in all relevant aspects of occupational safety and
environmental protection and is familiar with the operating instructions and
particularly the safety information contained therein.
•
all safety and warning notices attached to the equipment are left in place and are
legible.
•
changes to the system are carried out exclusively by authorised personnel.
