Replacement of water flow restrictor
The faucet is fitted with a 6 liter water flow regulator.
Is 6 liters too little water, you can leave out the water
flow restrictor. Is 6 liters too much water, switch to the
smaller water flow restrictor included. The water flow
restrictor is located in between the check valve and the
nut on the hose. Replaced by using two wrenches.
Maintenance
Faucets with chromed or colored surfaces, and faucets in stainless steel must be wiped immediate-
ly after use. Clean the aerator frequently, or replace it when needed. Stainless steel faucets must
be treated frequently with care products made especially for stainless steel. Stainless steel, which
is not properly maintained, is likely to grow rust. Especially stainless steel aerators may grow rust,
if they are not frequently maintained. Filters in the water supply shall be cleaned or replaced once
a year.
Cleaning
Use only neutral detergents that are not abrasive or lime-soluble and do not contain acid, chlorine,
or phosphorus. When using sprayable detergents; always spray the detergent on a cloth first and
then apply the cloth to the faucet. Direct spray on the faucet, gives a risk of damaging the rubber-
rings and other vital parts. Never use abrasive vapors or scouring sponges on faucets. Stainless
steel faucets must be cleaned frequently with detergents made especially for stainless steel.
Replace battery
When the sensor flashes red 1 time every four seconds the battery needs to be replaced.
Unscrew the cover of the battery box. - Change to 4 pcs. AA alkaline 1,5V batteries. - Screw the
battery box lid back on.
Guaranty
A 2-year guaranty is granted against manufacturing caused defects. The guaran-
ty covers spare parts only. The purchase receipt is the product guaranty certificate.
Keep the receipt together with the manual. It is recommended to scan or copy the receipt, as print-
ing ink may fade over time.
