6 Troubleshooting
Fault Cause Solution
Air flow too low.
Inside cover is shut. • Open the inside cover.
Dirty filter. • Clean or replace the filter.
Sound insulation ring not aligned
/ the wrong way round
• Align the openings of the soundproofing
elements.
Wind pressure safety device dirty
or blocked.
• Clean the wind pressure safety device
and check the flap.
• Clean the ventilation unit.
7 Environment and disposal
The symbol with the crossed-through waste-
bin indicates that the product must not be
disposed of with normal household waste.
In accordance with local disposal regula-
tions, the product must be made available
for recycling. The separate disposal of the
product helps reduce incineration or landfill
waste, thereby reducing pollution. Packag-
ing material is to be sorted before disposal.
