Troubleshooting

To save time and money, please check the following items before asking 

our Repairs And Customer Service Representative for consultation:

Phenomenon

Air conditioner is 

not working at all

Is power fail?
Is it unplugged?
Is power fuse or power switch off?
Is voltage higher than 253V or lower than 198V?
Is “SET TIME” in effect?

Off

Cooling capacity is 

not good

Is the air inlet or outlet blocked?
Is there any other heat sources in the room?
Is the air filter very dirty?
Is indoor fan speed set at “LOW”?
Is “SET TEMP.” set at an appropriate level?

The unit is noisy during 

operation

Water flowing noise: this is the sound of 

refrigerant flowing inside the unit
Shower noise: this is the sound of the 

cooling system inside the unit

It seems that water is leaking from the unit

Condensation occurs when the air flowing from the 

unit meets the warm and humid air in the room

Air conditioner does not operate for about 

3 minutes after restart

This is designed to protect the mechanism
Wait for about 3 minutes and the operation 

should begin

No Cooling

Immediately stop all operations, unplug the unit and contact our 
Repairs and Customer Service Department in the following situations:

Operation starts and stop abnormally
Power fuse or power switch breaks often
Accidentally splash water or liquids into air conditioner
Electrical cords get very hot or the cover damaged
Other strange conditions
