DRAINING WATER
Using Metal Support
Installation wall should be strong enough to support the air
conditioner. Otherwise, metal bracket support must be used.
Metal support should be fixed on the exterior of the wall.
Using Sun Shade Board
In order to prevent from direct sunlight or anything dropping
onto the unit, a sun shade board is neccessary.
* Metal support and sun shade board should be purchased
separately. Consult your local dealer for information.
To achieve the best cooling efficiency, the air conditioner is
designed to splash excessive condensed water on the
condenser coil. To avoid splashing sound, you can provide
an exterior drainage according to the following procedures:
1. Slide out the chassis from the cabinet
2. Detach the rubber plug from the body base plate
3. Install the drain pan (provided in the accessory kit) to the
corner of the cabinet with 2 screws
4. Connect a drain hose through the outlet on the drain pan
5. When done, slide the chassis back to its original position
in the cabinet
* Drain hose should be purchased separately. Consult your
local dealer for information

3. FRONT GRILLE - Affix grille with screws:
To install the grille, attach the top of grille to the top of cabinet.
Then push the bottom of grille in until it snaps into place. Secure
the front grille using screws
Tubings or ducting parts should not have contact with the cabinet
Lock the chassis into cabinet with chassis locking brackets
The unit cabinet should be slightly tilted, with the rear lower
than the front, for drainage purposes (~6-10mm)
Select a location which can support the weight of the air
conditioner and would not cause any noise or vibration during
operation
