A. Chopper Operation
(Fig. 10a) The blade is used for mincing food. For example:
- Fresh poultry: Cut poultry of 500g or below into
pieces, then put them into the jar and cover the
transparent lid. Press low speed button until the
desired size is achieved.
- Garlic: Put garlic of 300g or below into the jar
and then cover the lid, press PULSE (P button)
1-2 seconds at one time until the desired size is
achieved.
- Hard Cheese: Put cheese of no more than 300g
into the jar and then cover the lid, press PULSE (P
button) 1-2 seconds at one time until the desired
size is achieved.
- Bread: Put bread of no more than 70g into the
jar and then cover the lid, press PULSE (P button)
1-2 seconds at one time until the desired size is
achieved.
A. 碎肉刀片
（圖10a）此刀片是用來切碎肉類，如：
- 家禽肉類：先把不超過500克的肉類
切 為 小 塊 ， 再 將 肉 塊 放 入 碎 肉 杯 ，
蓋 上 保 護 蓋 。 按 低 速 按 鍵 操 作 直 至
達到你要求的效果。
- 蒜蓉：把不超過300克的蒜頭放入碎
肉 杯 ， 蓋 上 保 護 蓋 。 按 瞬 間 按 鍵 ，
每次1-2秒鐘，操作直至達到你要求
的效果。
- 芝士：把不超過300克的芝士放入碎
肉 杯 ， 蓋 上 保 護 蓋 。 按 瞬 間 按 鍵 ，
每次1-2秒鐘，操作直至達到你要求
的效果。
- 麵包：把不超過70克的麵包放入碎
肉 杯 ， 蓋 上 保 護 蓋 。 按 瞬 間 按 鍵 ，
每次1-2秒鐘，操作直至達到你要求
的效果。
注意
操作不能超過1分鐘。

(Fig. 10b) The blade is used for stirring all kinds of food,
eg. salad.
