8.1 Power Output Adjustment

TEG output power is controlled by the flow of air and fuel into the TEG. Use the following

procedures to adjust the TEG’s power output in sequence given.

8.1.1 Adjustment for Elevation

Confirm the fuel gauge pressure is at or below the pressure indicated on the data plate. If

the TEG is located at a different altitude than the factory, 792 m (2600 ft.), the pressure will

also be different. Use Figure 21 to determine how much to adjust the fuel pressure.

Example:

If the site elevation is 1000 m (3281 ft.) then 2.5 kPa (0.36 psig) must be

added to the pressure on the data plate.
