Detection Patterns.
Types of Mirrors.
There are two
mirror versions to
choose from but
the mirrors are not
interchangeable.
The
Walk Test
Instrument
indicates the 30 x
20 metre detection
pattern as Type 7
and the 60 x 4
metre as Type 6.

Walk Test Instrument
Detection range will vary according to the air temperature and surrounding environment.
For example: large areas of white concrete in very hot weather will reduce the sensitivity
as will air temperatures of 37 degrees. If these situations occur and are present every
day then it may be necessary to increase the sensitivity of the detector by entering the
Advanced settings mode. Call our Technical Help Line for further information and
