7.14

ATS7 Set number of seconds to wait for connection completion

specifies the number of seconds the ME will wait for the completion of the call setup when answering or

originating a data call. Also referred to as "no answer timeout". To put it plainly, this is the time to wait for the
carrier signal. If no carrier signal is received within the specified time, the ME hangs up.
