GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
These instructions should be read carefully and retained after installation for further reference and
maintenance.
SAFETY
•
Before installation/maintenance, ensure that the mains supply to the luminaire is switched off and the circuit
fuses are removed or circuit breakers switched off
• Installation of this luminaire should only be carried out by a qualified electrician.
•
This product is IP44 rated and suitable for external applications.
• This product is class l rated and must be earthed
•
Check that the total load on the circuit including when this luminaire is fitted does not exceed the rating of
the circuit cable, fuse or circuit breaker
• Please recycle this unit
• This product is non-dimmable
INSTALLATION
•
Unfasten the screws at the sides of the mounting bracket and remove the bracket making a note of the
order of the washers
•
Using the bracket as a template mark the location of the fixing holes. Drill the holes for the fixings ensuring not
to infringe with any joists, gas or water pipes or electrical cables that may be hidden behind the surface. Subject
to the surface foundation material please ensure the correct fixings are always used
• Fix the bracket to the mounting surface
• Re-fix the fitting to the wall bracket ensuring the washers are in the correct order

CLEANING
Clean with a soft dry cloth only, do not use other materials or solutions which may damage the fitting

Adjust the light sensor “LUX” control on the bottom of the
PIR to required level
Adjust the “TIME” control on the bottom of the PIR to required
duration
(Min - 10 seconds Max – 8 Minutes)
Adjust the sensor head and “SENS” control on the
bottom of the PIR to achieve desired coverage
(Max sensing angle 180° 1-8m range)
Turn both the controls (“TIME” & “LUX”) mounted on the
bottom of the PIR anti-clockwise to minimum. (Walk Test
Mode)
Turn on the power to the unit. The light on the luminaire will
switch ON and after the pre-set time the light will flash
quickly 4 times then switch off. This is normal and indicates
the unit is in Automatic Sensor Mode
