Installation errors

upon connecting the ink500 to the spa pack you may see one of the following error messages:

Please follow the instructions in the message or contact your dealer for more information

Power-up message

the ink500 keypad does not store the date & time When the ink500 starts up after a power loss a message will
prompt the user to reprogram the date and time

Installation

note:
With the ink500 equipped with a real-time clock (RtC):
If the power was lost for few hours, this message will
not appear
