Replacing the urinal trap
For hygiene reasons, replace the urinal trap
at least once a year.
Prerequisite
– Cleaning mode is activated.
– Refer to illustration sequence 5 ,
page 249 while carrying out the
instructions.

Replace the urinal trap (art. no.
243.312.00.1) and the cover for the
urinal trap (art. no. 243.314.00.1).

Cleaning or replacing the
basket filter
• Clean the basket filter in the solenoid
valve at least every 2 years or if the flush
volume decreases.
• Descale the basket filter with a
commercially available descaling agent if
necessary.
• Replace the basket filter if it can no
longer be completely cleaned and
descaled.
Prerequisite
– Refer to illustration sequence 6 ,
page 250 while carrying out the
instructions.
