LEARNING FUNCTION
The DP-10X features in-built demo songs, each
with separate left and right-hand parts that can
be turned off/on as required, providing a great
learning function.
Press the [DEMO/LEARN] button to enter the
learning mode, then use the data control wheel to
select the required song. The song number will be
shown on the display and both the [METRONOME/
LEFT] and [FUNCTION/RIGHT] buttons will light up.
Select from the following options:
Press [RECORD] to listen to the full demo song
(both left and right-hand sections together.)
Press [METRONOME/LEFT] to mute the left-hand
song section. Pressing [RECORD] will now play the
right-hand part of the song only, allowing you to
play along/practice the muted section.
Press [FUNCTION/RIGHT] to mute the right-hand
song section. Pressing [RECORD] will now play the
left-hand part of the song only, allowing you to play
along/practice the muted section.
To stop playback, press the [RECORD] button
again.
The display will show a score of 0-100 based on
your performance!
To exit the learning mode, press the [DEMO/
LEARN] button to return to performance mode.
