Does the outdoor fan spin
freely?
Is the outdoor fan free
from obstructions?
Remove the
obstruction or
replace the outdoor
fan motor.

Set thermostat to fan
run mode. Check for
line voltage at driver
board between
CN102-1and CN102-5.
Voltage present?
Check for 5 VDC
at main board
between CN2-6
and CN2-10.
Voltage present?
NO
Replace main
board.
NO
Replace driver
board.
YES
Check resistance
values for outdoor
fan motor.
Resistance OK?
YES
Replace capacitor.
YES
Replace fan
motor.
NO
Go to Dead Unit
troubleshooting.
