Disassembling the Valve
For versions L_HC
and L_HL
Carry out the following steps:
For version L_HC, remove the snap seal (74) with O-ring.
Done
NOTE
The spraying nozzle and snap seal are wearing parts.
Dismantling the Lifting Actuator
Requirement
Lay the lifting actuator (L) down for further disassembly.
Carry out the following steps:
1.
Draw off the cleaning connection from the driver sleeve (M).
2.
Push the piston (K) with fitted driver (MN) and driver sleeve (M) upwards against the
lifting actuator flange (L.1) and remove the snap ring (SR) from the piston (K) using
nippers.
3.
Push the driver (MN) together with the driver sleeve (M) out of the lifting actuator (L).
4.
Pull the bushing (B) out of the driver sleeve (M).
The O-rings (O1, O2) are now accessible.
5.
Push the driver (MN) together with the driver sleeve (M) out of the lifting actuator (L).
6.
Remove the hinged clamp (46), draw off the lantern (9) from the lifting actuator (L).
The O-rings (O3, O4, O5) are now accessible.
