Requirement
To remove the lower vertical shaft, use a 3/4" bar with a central slot: 3/4"
wide x 7/8" long
Removing the
Motor
Carry out the following steps:
1.
Clamp the flats of the inlet cap (29) in a soft-jawed vice.
2.
Using a belt wrench on the body (18) unscrew the body from the inlet
cap.
3.
Remove the motor (1) from the body.
Removing the
Body
Carry out the following steps:
1.
Remove the three M5 x 5 socket set screws (28) from the nozzle head T-
piece (10).
2.
Insert the tool – a 3/4" bar with a central slot: 3/4" wide x 7/8" long – into
the lower vertical shaft (02) and unscrew the shaft.
The shaft (02), complete with rotor (4), can then be withdrawn.
3.
Unscrew four M5 x 10 cap head screws (26) and remove the bevel gear
(8) from the body (18).
