H. Open Source Software Availability

There are various open source software packages that have been uti-

lized within this product, and to meet license and copyright obligations,

a copy of the source code for each package is available upon request,

along with the individual licenses and copyright notices for each, for three

years from the date of original installation upon the product.

Requesting these source packages is NOT REQUIRED for operation or

use of this product. Additionally, only portions of software on this product

fall under open source software licenses, with the remainder merely be-

ing an aggregation on the product’s storage volumes. Thus NO promise

is made NOR implied that source code will be provided for the aggre-

gated proprietary software.

With respect to each open source software distribution, no warrantee is
