foods, particularly fruits.

The eating quality of red meats is
affected less than that of many
other foods. Use refrozen foods as
soon as possible to save as much of

their eating quality as you

in defrosting your refrigerator.

If your old refrigerator is still

around the house but not in use,

remove the doors. This
