How to Enter or Exit to Service Mode

 

1. 

Unplug the washer. 

2. 

Turn the 

Cycles 

knob to 

POSITION 6 

3. 

Re-plug the washer pressing 

Start/Pause 

and 

Options 

buttons at the same time for 

3 seconds. Display will show “LLL”. 

Service mode function 

1. 

Once in the service mode, a technician 

can test each component by setting a 

knob position and pressing the 

Options 

button. 

2. 

Pressing the 

Start/Pause 

button pauses 

the component test. 

3. 

A technician can suspend any test by 

turning the 

Cycles 

knob to any position 

(except Heavy Duty) or pushing the 

Options 

button. 

How to exit to Service mode 

1. 

Turn the 

Cycles 

knob to 

Heavy Duty 

and 

wait for 3 seconds. Washer is ready to run 

any wash cycle.
