– 18 –

The freezer drawer closer is mounted to the right

front of the freezer liner, just below the main freezer
drawer slide assembly. It is mounted with two
Phillips screws. The mounting holes in the bracket
are slotted for adjustability.

Freezer Drawer Front Removal

1. Remove the lower freezer basket.

2. Loosen 1/4 to 1/2 inch, but do not remove

the eight #3 Phillips screws (four per bracket),
holding the 'L' brackets to the front drawer
panel.

3. The holes in the 'L' bracket are key hole shaped.

Pick up on the drawer front to allow the screw
heads to align with the larger opening of the
bracket holes, then pull drawer outward.

Tabs Fit Into Slots

on Side Brackets

• Lift straight up until the tabs on the sides

disengage from the slots on the slide
brackets.

• Rotate the front of the basket about 90° and

pull up and out.
