Operating Characteristics
Normal Operation:
•
Generator board max output is 3700W.
•
Generator board operates 1 to 2 elements.
•
When using 2 elements that are operating off the same generator board
& 1
st
element is on High & 2
nd
element is turned on; the 2
nd
element will
receive priority & reduce output power to the first burner except for the
11” burner.
Example 30” Cooktops:
If the 11” element was using 3700W (Boost) when
the 2
nd
element 6” (1800W) was turned on; power on the 1
st
element will be
reduced to a lower setting. This is explained in the consumer’s U&C guide.
36” cooktops have a single generator board for the 11” unit & is not affected
by another burner.
